Your responsibilities:

• Organize and run all scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Quickly identify and resolve issues that block team progress.
• Guide multiple teams in agile practices, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders for alignment.
• Encourage teamwork and open communication across distributed teams.
• Continuously improve team processes for efficiency.
• Advocate for agile values within the team and organization.
• Monitor team progress using agile metrics.

You ideal profile:

• Understanding and experience with the theory and application of the scaled agile framework.
• + 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, coaching and managing multiple scrum teams.
• +5 years of background in IT content.
• Familiarity with working in international environments with distributed teams across multiple locations, potentially in a hybrid model.
