Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their highly successful team. This is a permanent position based in the Walsall area with the option for hybrid working.
Your new role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Preparing and submitting applications for paymentProviding monthly cost reports in line with project budgetsManaging subcontractor packages from appointment to final accountSubmitting valuations and variations on schemesProcuring subcontractors.What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have:
Experience at a Senior Quantity Surveyor levelGood working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 form of contractsSound interpersonal and organisational skillsExperience working on mechanical and/or electrical works in the water sector (ideal).What you'll get in return In return, you will receive:
