Permanent Quantity Surveyor - Coventry

Your new company
You will be joining a Tier 2 contractor based in Coventry working on a wide range of schemes from highways works to industrial projects. This organisation works in partnership with a wide range of high-profile clients, and they offer excellent opportunities for career progression. They have a strong pipeline of work across a multitude of different sectors and due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to join their business.
Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for, but not limited to, applications of payments and costings, monitoring cashflow and valuation plans, providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects. In addition, you will be expected to take on some estimating responsibilities. This role is predominantly office based (with travel to sites as and when required).

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previously utilised NEC and/or JCT forms of contract and ideally hold a degree in quantity surveying (or experience equivalent). Be an ambitious individual that is keen to progress in your career. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
