My client, a successful Building Services Consultancy based in southern Hampshire, is seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer with a mechanical leaning to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects across the commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and education sectors.
About the Role:

• Lead mechanical design on various projects, ensuring technical excellence and practicality
• Oversee the production of detailed design calculations and drawings
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated building services solutions
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in mechanical engineering within the building services industry
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards
• Proficient in relevant design software, although the company has CAD Technicians who can take this work on
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership (CIBSE or IMechE)
• Passionate about sustainability with an understanding of sustainable design principles
