Supplier Governance Manager
Job Purpose:
The Governance Manager will support the Procurement team by implementing policy, procedures and processes. This includes supplier and contract management
Key Responsibilities:
- Notifying European regulators of Important and Critical suppliers, capturing the required information for each such as, but not limited to, sub-contractors, storage and location of personal data and exit plans
- Ensuring the role of the supplier Business Owner has been defined and reflected in the relevant company policies as well as identifying and assigned to roles.
- Implementing supplier service reviews for Critical and Important suppliers
- Review the due diligence undertaken on suppliers, identifying gaps and areas which need updating
- Embed the contract database processes and support the upload of Legacy contracts as we migrate to the new tool
- Support in actioning measures in line with recent audit review findings
- Support the analysis and activities associated with new regulations such as DORA
- Role may require occasional travel to European offices
Performance Objectives:
Implement new processes and procedures for supplier management, ensuring they are managed into a steady BAU state which can be managed by the business by the end of the contract term.
Key deliverables include:
- Assign business owner for each supplier
- Supplier governance implemented for all Critical and Important suppliers
- Regulators notified of updated list of Critical and Important suppliers
- Contracts uploaded into contract database
- Embedding policy and procedures into BAU state
