M&A Project Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions/Integration Playbook/Process (Contract)

Location: Fulham Country: UK Rate: £600 - £650 per day
 

M&A Project Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions/Integration Playbook/Processes/Transformation/Data - Up to £650 p/d Outside IR35 - 6 Month Contract

My client, a leading global media company are seeking a M&A Project Manager on an initial 6-month contract to join them. For this position, the business is specifically looking for someone who is a well-versed Project Manager with strong experience developing integration plans and supporting the business with their M&A activities. Reporting into the Group Chairman, you will work closely with key business and technical stakeholders throughout the organisation. The Project Manager will also need to thrive in an autonomous environment and have the time management and prioritisation skills to support the business on their journey of building a diligent and process focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for creating and developing an integration playbook, defining objectives and conducting due diligence to assess potential viability and risks of potential targets.
You will be dealing with key senior stakeholders within the business being hands on and building a TOM for process analysis.

Key Experience:

  • Strong project management skills, the ability to prioritise work, and meet tight deadlines and be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance.
  • Previous experience working in environments with limited processes.
  • Experience with investment/business case development and evaluation.
  • Ability to work with and motivate a variety of global stakeholders to deliver successful projects and initiatives.
  • Experience planning, scheduling, and monitoring integration's at a task level.
  • The ability to recommend process and playbook improvements to simplify integration's.
  • Experience of working within a Consultancy is desirable.
