Masentó have a new requirement for a Functional SAP SD OTC Lead for an S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.

This is an immediate start, for a Logistics client in the early stages of global Design of the Core Model. This will be a 12-18 month initial assignment and the clients expectation is to work from Paris 3 days per week for the duration.

General Expectations:

• The client industry is Logistics and Shipping; experience would be good but not essential.
• Must have solid repeatable multi-year (~3 years +) experience of designing and implementing S/4HANA in a project environment, preferably working for a Systems Integrator/major consultancy.
• Must have some Greenfield design & implementation project experience.
• Must have played a Team Lead role repeatably.

This would include:

• Must have lead and facilitated Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Managing a team that includes offshore resources (experience with offshore teams is a must).
• Acting as a Solution Architect/senior SME in the domain
• Over their career, should have ~8+ full life cycles of SAP
• Must have excellent communications skills in English and in French.
• Must have very good client stakeholder management capability.
• Should have a good appreciation of SAP Activate and know how to use it in a Greenfield environment, whether the On Prem or the Cloud version of SAP Activate.
