JOB TASKS
- Project management for laboratory/office expansion
- Representing the division
- Maintain an overview of various workstreams and their alignment including reporting at SteerCo GF level
- Responsible for workplace strategy
- Interface between broker/CBRE, to project developers and laboratory users
- Business development/strategic planning
- Financial planning
YOUR PROFILE
- Senior project manager
- Experience in change management
- Project development in the real estate sector and/or in the semiconductor sector
- Engineering knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, also on C-Level
- Self-confident demeanour
